Brewing Instructions Hot: Heat water to 180°F. Add 1 tsp matcha to ½ inch of hot water. Whisk until smooth. Top with warm milk of choice and sweeten as desired. Iced: Add 1–1.5 tsp matcha to ½ inch of hot water and sweetener to taste. Whisk well. Pour over ice and finish with cold milk.
