Return Policy
At Teahouse Brewing Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligible Returns
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. This includes teaware, tea accessories, and merchandise.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened tea or candles unless the item arrived damaged or there is a quality issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@teahousebrewing.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
